Bill, N2BC, sent me an email in June saying he was "facing some serious near-term health issues" and wasn't able to maintain the program. He said he'd be offering the source code for someone else to maintain it, but I don't remember seeing that email.
I can send you a ZIP file of the latest version, and maybe it can be made available on Elecraft's website. Let's hope Bill is doing OK.
