Hi Syl,

I assume you're using a Mac. The 'Help' folder must be in the same location as 
the P3 Utility App file. Make sure they are together in the same location. Let 
me know if that doesn't solve the problem. There are other things we can try.

"An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled.  
The app will now shut down,"

The enemy is usually me.  What might I be doing wrong?
