Yes. Rotating the fuse holder changes the connections on the power
transformer primary windings to use a 120 or 240 volt supply. And you'll
need to change fuses in the process.

**BUT** - any time you move to another mains supply outlet you may need to
remove the top cover and adjust the transformer taps inside the KPA500 to
obtain the correct 60V supply output. That's described in your Owner's
manual under "Mains Voltage Settings".

How do you change the AC input power from 120 to 240 on the KPA500 ?

I know the fuse values change and the fuse holder is turned to signify the
operating voltage, but does the rotation of the fuse holder to display 240
change connections inside for 240 volt operation?

If you wanted to switch from 240 back to 120 operation (for Field Day
operation), will it take a power cord that has a standard prong plug and the
larger fuses?  Is that all?
