Do you hear anything in AFSK mode? You say you can rec've in SSB mode, what do you hear in AFSK mode?
When you say " won't receive RTTY in AFSK or FSK modes" exactly what do you mean? Is it a K3 problem, or a DM780 problem? If you use FSK D mode, and have decode turned on, you should be able to hear, and tune so that you can see the text decode in the VFO B area of the display. Have you tried any other software? My K3 (ser # 281) won't receive RTTY in AFSK or FSK modes. However, it receives RTTY just fine in USB. CONFIG: LineIn is set to 10. Frequency and Shift are set to 2125 and 170 Hz, respectively. I'm using DM780 as my digital software. I have the K3's Line Out run to my computer's Line In, and the K3's Line In run to the computer's Line Out. The computer is a fully updated version of Windows 7 32-bit. I'll gladly provide any other details as requested.
