Just to let you know, there is information posted on the ARRL site and further information under ARES. Sounds like , at least 250 hams are already involved, and there is a volunteer signup list site. They are advising that conditions are extremely poor and that folks don't just show up.
Probably the best thing many of us can do, is make sure we don't interfere with emergency traffic. Monitor frequencies, in case situations arise where we are best placed to relay information. Short term, it looks like hell for a lot of desperate folks. This is a long term disaster, folks are going to need support for some time to come.
