I don't believe there has been any revision to the PCB for the KNB1 in more than eleven years, and only one revision to the Errata sheet. Even though the KNB1 manual mentions a revision D PCB, that has never been issued. The manual also states that on the revision C PCB, the model number is mis-written as KBN1 instead of KNB1, so that's a way to verify rev. C. It's pretty safe to say your PCB is a revision C PCB.
