Does anyone remember this? I'd like to add one thing that I remember about taking my code tests from the FCC office in St. Paul, MN. They spelled common words with different letters. They were names of streets, or buildings, etc. This was done to trip us up. We had to write exactly what we copied, and not what we thought it should have been. They called that 'plain language'. However, it was fair for all.
