Before I email Elecraft support, has anyone noticed any side-to-side play in their KX3 VFO encoder? I noticed it this morning while tuning around listening to the WES. Yes, I tried tightening the nut holding the encoder - it was not loose. It is the shaft itself.
If it's normal, I'm not worried about it. 73/72, Joel - W4JBB SKCC #9512 NAQCC #6128 PS: When adjusting anything in the shack, make sure your (+) power lead does not come into contact with the chassis of the radio.
