The XYL to the rescue, AGAIN!...She saved the newspaper clipping and says daylight saving will be extended one month overall, not a month in the spring and another in the fall...It will begin three weeks earlier, on the second Sunday in March, and end a week later on the first Sunday in November...Starting in 2007...;^)
