The only issues you might find are the really old 16 bit programs and DOS ones.

John, In theory, you shouldn't have any issue running older 32-bit applications on a Win7 x64 computer. The 64-bit processors (and theoretically the OS) are designed to handle running 32-bit applications, albeit slightly less efficiently than 64-bit apps.
