Mario, Yes, U9 pin 6 can have 6.5 volts, but... There is capacitor C29 between U9 pin 6 and the AF OUT signal (and the headphone jack) that should block any DC. If you have 5 volts at the AF OUT signal (P3 pins 7, 8 and 10), then that is a problem.
You have something shorted to another signal or power supply rail somewhere. Your challenge is to find it. 73, Don W3FPR On 10/4/2012 8:38 PM, Mario Bouchard wrote: > Don, > > CB U9 #2 and #3 have 1.4mV, #6 has 6.5V and #7 has 13.6V. > > Thanks, > > > Mario Bouchard, > > Envoyé de mon iPad > Sent from my iPad > > On 2012-10-04, at 20:28, Don Wilhelm <[email protected]> wrote: > >> U9 #2 and #3 have 1.4mV, #6 has 6.5V has 13.6V. > ______________________________________________________________ > Elecraft mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:[email protected] > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
