Hi Jim I dont believe that there is a menu item for separate level control for the headphones relative to the speaker volume. to adjust the transmit monitor level for sending either CW or phone hold in the power control knob for half a second and it will now adjust monitor level tap it to return to its normal operation. note the "Monitor" label in yellow under that contol
