Hi The XV50 can be set up several ways. If you are using a K2 with the 60 meter transverter option then the power control on the K2 will control the output of the XV50. The XV 50 has a watt meter on the front panel and you can just set it for 10 watts out. You could also set the internal gain so the XV50 will only output a maximum of 10 watts. There are several other ways to do what you want with the internal jumper options in the XV50 depending on the radio you want to drive the XV50 with and the level of the drive. This can be a 1 to 1 mw, 0 to 5 watts or a fixed 5 watt level.
