Has happened to me on a number of times (can't recall the number, but at least 6-8 times) since I purchased the amp. new (factory assembled, S/N 82, shipped 6/15/2011).
Can't remember what I did to solve it. I usually panic and turn things on and off, etc. and the problem goes away.
