Eric,

All those you mentioned use the 3.5mm stereo connection containing TXD, 
RXD and Signal Ground.  Al; those devices can share the same cable.

The K2 needs a special cable with a DE-9 connector that has only TXD, 
RXD and Signal Ground.  Do not use a standard serial cable with the K2, 
damage to the K2 can result.  Note that the K2 DE-9 connector is labeled 
AUX I/O rather than RS-232 - there are unique K2 internal signals in 
that connector as well as the 2 RS-232 lines.

The K3 has a DE-9 connector and is labeled RS-232, so you can use a 
standard serial cable with the K3.

I think that covers most cases of the Elecraft gear and the RS-232 
connections.
