I'm sure I'll be roundly criticized but I'll bet the problem is related to the Anderson Power Pole connectors. Every time I have this problem I just reseat the APP connector... problem solved for a good long while or until I "move" the K3. One of these days I'll switch over to crimped APPs instead of the soldered ones I made. Crimped seems to work better and as advertised... for me.
