The available values are:
C (pF): 8, 22, 39, 82, 180, 330, 680, 1360
L (nH): 50, 110, 230, 480, 1000, 2100, 4400, 9000
Any combination of the above (AFAIK) can be switched in/out, and the C
can be moved to the transceiver or antenna side.
