KX3 DSP firmware version 00.96 made some improvements to the FM code.

I downloaded 1.27 to my KX3 over the weekend and noted improved
receive performance on 2m FM (144-28 transverter used). S-meter
readings definitely higher on a popular repeater and improved sounding
audio. Not propagation as I monitor this enough to note the change.
Not sure if this was intended but what I am seeing.
