Mike, That was one thing I did not like on the K3. Other than setting up the EQ to filter out the highs. The fix that I did was to use a bigger 10 in speaker with more bass. All the smaller speakers will pick up the hiss that will drive you nuts. With the bigger speaker it has a nice bass sound to it.
