Wrong antenna selected on that band? I guess you'd have to have a separate receive antenna since you say it hears OK. Similar goof on me when I was new to the K3. Everything was fine everywhere except 30m where the SWR was 99:1 and no output. Talked to Gary, he finally said he'd elevate it to Wayne, who asked for a time to call me and he did. Said, "Let's start with the easy stuff. Which antenna is selected." I selected ANT1, and of course everything was fine. They're remembered by band.

I'm not holding my breath for a call from Mr. Yaesu-san if my FT-847 quits. :-)

So I was happily running (100w) in the 10m RTTY contest, when suddenly
my stream of callers ground to a halt. I looked at the meter, and saw
that I wasn't making any (significant) power any more (~1w). The K3 is
reporting high SWR, but an external meter is not. All other bands are
transmitting fine (incl. 6m). The antenna is OK (hears well, and
another transmitter sees normal SWR on it). What would cause high SWR
/ no power out on 10m only?
