What URL did you use to order the book? I poked around on the
Internet and found it on Lulu, and I put DECBOOKS12 in as a code, but it
rejected it as invalid. Is it country specific? (It knew I was from
Canada, presumably from my IP address . . . )
Anyhow, I didn't go any further with the order thinking there mus be
something I was doing incorrectly.
