I understand tuning with an auto tuner... it must see some SMALL amount of 
power to actually tune itself.   What I DON'T understand, so I am looking for a 
whole lot of help here.... Why would someone want to tune up with FULL power, 
when a little does the job?   Isn't that generally and specifically called 
malicous interference?  Also using more power than is neededto communicate? 
Yes.. you are communicating.. with your tuner! Not the guy on the other side of 
the world...at least not while tuning.  So.. help me out here... please?
