After multiple restarts of DM780 I finally closed all the software and rebooted. That resolved the incorrect "worked" markers I was experiencing.
I found a second issue that all of the macros were set back to the defaults and I had to edit them. The software wouldn't let me edit. After being annoyed for some time trying to get an edit to take, I went to the macro file and it was locked as read only. Changing that resolved the issues. The macro file has been moved. It used to be in Program Files but it now in the hidden directory Program Data.
