Your answers suggest it has it's own regulation built in, which I didn't want to assume. So, I should be able to ignore my key down voltage for this question. (I do intend to beef up my wire gauge.) My K3 shows 15.4 amps at key down in CW at 100 watts with a P3 attached. A dummy load was used. How does that compare with your K3's, please?
