Yes, they probably could offer factory assembled versions for all their products ... in spite of the fact that a great percentage of the market for small transceivers is comprised of people who want to build their own ... and in spite of the fact that whatever resources Elecraft spent setting up factory assembly lines would most likely detract from whatever else they had in development.
