The PR6 is controlled by either the DIGOUT1 line in the ACC connector,
or with the jumper installed, it is connected with the RX ANT button
(not the PRE button).
So I don't see how you could use either the PRE button or the RX ANT button.
You could use the DIGOUT1 signal to operate a 5 volt relay (with a low
current draw coil) which in turn provides 12 volts to the preamp, but
your preamp would be active any time 2 meters is selected.
There is only 15 ma. available at the DIGOUT line, which means the
current draw must be low.
