There's no hardware, Joel. The jack is soldered directly onto the board behind it. Either that board or the jack is moving. It's possible that some solder connections on the jack to the board have broken or that the hardware holding the front panel board is loose. I don't know which rev of the kit assembly manual you are consulting, but in Rev L8 it's shown in Figure 37. "Preparing the Front Panel Board for Mounting, Part 2."

I cannot find in the Assembly Manual where I'm supposed to tighten it - perhaps I missed it. Does anyone remember tightening a nut on the back side of the front panel? It's been almost 1 1/2 years since I put mine together so I do not remember.
