I was having problems with my recently constructed KRC2. It kinda worked, but not really. Dropped a note to Gary at Elecraft Service about the situation. He made suggestions and then Jack joined in. They asked for pictures of the board and spotted my gaff (swapped X1/X2).
Once again, I can't overstate how impressive and friendly customer support is from Elecraft. Gary and Jack are major assets, and I appreciate the time they're willing to spend, even on stupid mistakes!
