Hi Piero, I suspect that you are experiencing some sort of RFI problem. RF in the shack can do strange and surprising things.
What other audio devices are in your shack? Computer speakers? Broadcast radio? Try this: Disconnect from all other audio devices in your shack from AC power. Power down your PC. Then use the K3 memories to send RTTY at your full power. If the 'voices' disappear, then you'll have shown that RFI is the problem. If the 'voices' are still present, then it's time for an email to Elecraft support.
