I experienced the same low voltage problem when I installed the K60XV. I measured just over .8 volts on the low end and about 1.2 volts on the high end. I checked both C71 and C73 and found them to be the correct value. As the manual seems to suggest, I increased the voltage on the low end to just over 1 volt. This increased the voltage at 4000 KHz to just over 6.2 volts. Although slightly higher than the K2 manual originally indicated, this compromise placed all the voltages within the acceptable range of 1 - 7.5 volts. It appears this adjustment is necessary on at least some K60XV installations.
