Mike,

For those lines, that should be OK - that is within the normal 10% variation range. If you want a second sanity check, temporarily short the output of the 5 volt regulator U5 (pin toward the top of the board) to ground (U5 center pin) and you should see something close to 82k for both U6 pin 29 and 30.
