Dave, I spotted these in the accessories section of my local T-Mobile store. Might they work? I picked up a couple on impulse, and they have great sound for such tiny enclosures. They about 2 inches tall and maybe 1.5 inches in diameter. They are battery powered, with a computer serving as the battery charger (via a USB port). Supposedly you get six to eight hours off of a charge.
