I had a similar problem with N6BT. I tried several times last September (2012). I had some question about the Q-52 antenna. No response to multiple e-mails. I did contact Natan (at the e-mail on the N6BT web site). He was able to answer my questions. Now that it is Spring, I'm ready to buy an antenna. I still like the Q-52. Unfortunately, Natan is no longer helping Tom with orders. I've sent 5 or 6 e-mails telling him I am ready to order a $500 antenna. He has ignored all of my e-mails. I've tried to find a phone number to call to place an order - no luck. I don't understand why someone would maintain a web site to sell antennas and then totally ignore customers. Apparently he's not interested in new customers. Sadly, I'll have to buy from one of his competitors.
