My K2's receiver behaves in the same way as yours when scanning, much too
"fast" IMHO.
I am not aware of any setting which can be changed to make the K2's scanning
mode of greater use.

I can initiate scanning, but the receiver pauses only a second or two on a
signal and than continues scanning.
I thought the receiver ought to pause longer. Is there some additional
setting I'm missing?
