Hi -- OK, maybe I am half asleep, but there is something that puzzles me with the KX3. I see that I cannot select USB when in the 40m band? Likewise other limitations in other bands.
I understand that it uses the "preferred" mode, but that said, why shouldn't I be able to make this change anyway? Is there some default setting that controls this?
