Kudos to the Elecraft crew on a rapid fulfillment! I placed my order at
Sea Pac on Sunday, and the man in Brown was at my door just before 5PM
the following Friday with two care packages.
The kits went together smoothly, although the KAT500 was missing one of
the four nylon zip-ties (fortunately I have plenty of those around).
Everything seems to be working as expected.
I was surprised to see the s/n on my KPA500 matched that of my K3, don't
know if that was intentional or just dumb luck, I did not request it.
One thing is for sure my desk is in no danger of floating away now, that
amp is some serious mass!
