A fellow ham has a problem withhis K3, which works flawlwssly in SSB but as soon as he switches to CW, the TX-frequency jumps up by 3 kHz and stays there. No RIT/XIT engaged. He was able to check with another ham and the TX was actually 3 kHz higher than the RX.

This is absolutely new to me... Anyone had this kind of issue?
