Dick, Not an expert here, but I believe your audio is not working as it should. I was able to get the following S+N and N readings with my K2 (5115) using the XG2 at 1uV out.
1.45 Vrms and 34mVrms which is MDS of -139. I think your MDS is within reason, but you should be getting a much higher voltage out of the K2 audio.....
