I'm on the SteppIR site every day and I haven't seen any recent reports on the CrankIR. My guess is that they haven't yet begun shipping. There's a photo of N9ADG using a CrankIR with what looks to be a KX3 on the SteppIR site here: http://www.steppir.com/crankir-vertical-and-dipole Brian was probably a beta tester.
