Hmmm. My P3s sits on top of my K3s, left and right for SO2R, KPA500 is way off to the side of the right radio on a shelf above the operating desk. All I need to do with it is turn it on and off. My KAT500s sit on that shelf, more or less above the two radios. I keep them in front of me because I switch between antennas. SVGA monitors for the P3s sit on the shelf above.
BTW -- I've been collecting 1024/768 monitors, which guys are giving away, and using them for the P3s. I like the resulting display resolution, and FREE is a great price! I use higher res monitors as desktop extenders for the laptop.
