Jean,
It will not receive signals until you install jumpers W1 and W6. In
addition you must install the 4.7pF capacitor between pins 1 and 3 of
J15. Normally that capacitor is soldered on the bottom of the board.

I hope you could give me some small hints,must be a stupidy,I do have follow
the building manual strictly ?
