But what do you do after someone answers your perfectly sent CQ? Answer them with less-than perfect CW? You would be far better to set down and practice sending CW and use the K3's ability to decode your sending and get to where you can send perfect code. To do that, Hold the Text Dec (CWT) key and rotate VFO B to show TX ONLY. Tap CWT. Hold TEST so you aren't transmitting while practicing.
