But...those were not *random* call assignments in any sense of the word. They were *systematic* sequential call assignments. I got my current call through the systematic sequential assignment process 33 years ago, after suffering 13 years with my original sequentially-assigned call of WA5WGJ. I do not propose to ever change my current call, regardless of my permanent location.
