Rick - I put a couple big clamp-on's on the power cord. No help. The only other cable going to that TV is a heavily shielded HDMI cable from the Denon A/V unit. From what I understand, the RFI is generated in the plasma cell area, and not on any cables. I may be mistaken, but I believe the best way to suppress plasma TV generated RFI is with a 12-gauge shotgun. And, believe me, if (1) it was legal, and (2) not so expensive - I'do just that to ours!!! :-) :-) And, no - don't do that to your neighbor's TV!!!!!!
Actually, that Samsung TV gets little use these days. Our main TV is a 65" Panasonic Viera plasma set that surprisingly generates no RFI crud.
