NAVMARCORMARS (Navy Marine Corps MARS) uses RMS Express with Winmor for MARS message traffic. It works very well on HF AND Winmor TelNet.
I use it with a K3 with NO problems. It supports K3 interfacing for rig control. If HF communications are poor due to solar storms, etc., it can be used to send messages via TelNet.
