I have Protection 1 and noticed an increase in noise level once the system was installed especially on 6m. I moved my antenna from above the house to my tower that is away from the house and the noise reduced significantly. Other bands did not seem as affected. The antenna was above my house and not far from other homes and residences so this might be coincidental to my neighbor installing a new plasma or something like that too.
Good luck!
