Laptops 1 and 2 both have Windows XP . Both have the latest utility software in place for KX3. Both have real serial ports . Laptop # 1 does not recognize the KX3. but will recognize my K3. Laptop # 2 will recognize both my KX3 and my K3 Can anyone give me some info as to why the situation with laptop # 1 might occur.
