Buddy, Do you have the correct sound card chosen in DM780? By default, it chooses the default system audio device. You need to launch DM780 and tell it to use the "USB Audio Codec" device (how Windows sees the SignaLink USB) for both receive and transmit audio. The setting can be found in DM780 under Tools -> Program Options -> Sound Card.
