Julie, The problem may be in your LDG tuner and not the KX3. I am not familiar with that tuner, but I had a similar problem with my KAT500 "automatic" tuner, where it would not tune on a band even though the antenna was perfectly good. (It happened to me 20m, and was somehow "locked up" and would not tune.) In my case, I downloaded the latest firmware for the KAT500, and when I tried it after the firmware update was applied, it worked just fine. The problem has not recurred. There may be a way to "reset" or perhaps update your LDG auto tuner. If there is, give that a try. 73, George.
