I'm troubleshooting my K3 exhibiting no audio in the right channel, and would like to compare against a working K3.
In a working radio, when you cycle the power on/off, do you hear click-thumps in BOTH channels? FYI, I've done the following in consultation with elecraft support: 0) Verified the headphones are good 1) Removed / reseated KIO3 2) Reinitialized the radio (EEINIT) and restored settings 3) Disabled the KRX3 in the settings, reboot the radio, verify still no audio, re-enable, reboot today, am going to 3) Remove/reinstall the KRX3 4) Remove/reinstall the DSP board This condition occurred coincidentally with using the K3 at a cabin, upon re-installing back in my shack.
